At DTC, we use a multiple server-based computer network running the latest software to maintain a secure and efficient front and back office operation. For airline reservations, we proudly use the Galileo system. Office facilities include 11 voice lines, 3 dedicated fax lines and separate corporate email addresses. DTC messengers deliver regularly and at no charge to locations throughout Bangkok and travel documents are also dispatched to overseas clients using major courier companies. Our website is maintained by Media Synergies, one of South East Asia�s most innovative IT firms. |

A former travel consultant, advertising writer and political operative in Los Angeles, Will moved to Bangkok in 2001 specifically to work with DTC Travel.
